We are so glad we chose Paragon Pools. From the very beginning they did an amazing job. We met with Joe Sr. first told him what we were thinking and then when we met with he and Joey to go over the design we were so excited to see that they had everything we wanted. After talking with us about the stone we liked Joey was able to immediately make some suggestions that perfectly incorporated what we wanted. The whole process was smooth and fun. We were always well informed. The customer service has been the best service we have ever received from any contractor EVER! They patiently answered all our questions and concerns, and we had a lot!! This was our first experience with building a pool and it could not have gone better. When Ed and I decided to build a pool for our new home in Las Vegas, Joe from Paragon pools was the only contractor who contacted us from 3 that I found. When we purchased our home the lady we purchased it from did not use her pool. With the amount of boulders and trees surrounding the pool it resembled more of a swamp then a pool. We looked at just about every pool builder in the Las Vegas area before deciding on Paragon pools. Joe Vassallo and his staff put together a set of plans that gave our pool a contemporary feel without having to tear it out completely. They added a raised deck to the spa area and installed two 30" sheer descents along with two copper fire pots to give it a Zen like feel. They replaced all the water line tile with glass tiles as well as updating all of our pool equipment to work off a single handheld controller. They also replaced all our decking with new stamped concrete and the result is a pool that we are proud of and the envy of all out friends. My pool was built in 1994 and needed to be re-plastered. Once I met with Joe Vassallo and discussed my options I decided to add a wet deck and an additional bench. The existing tile was replaced with glass tile and the pool was plastered with a quartz material. It really came out beautiful. Joe and his team are true professionals and a pleasure to work with.
